299bab's Responsible Gaming Guidelines
Gaming is for entertainment — not as a burden. At 299bab, your wellbeing is our top priority and we are committed to ensuring safe betting.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online casino and sports betting can be a great source of entertainment — when done in a controlled way. 299bab believes every player has the right to enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience. That is why we reaffirm our commitment to responsible gaming.
Gambling should never be a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. It is only a form of entertainment. If you find that betting is affecting your daily life, family, or financial stability, now is the time to take action.
At 299bab we provide various protection tools — setting deposit limits, taking a temporary break, or self-exclusion — so you always stay in control. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Remember: Gambling can be risky. Never bet more than you can afford. Placing more bets in the hope of recovering lost money is a dangerous behavior that can lead to addiction.
Our Protection Tools
To keep you safe at 299bab, we provide the following protection tools. Contact our live chat to use them.
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a specified waiting period.
Time Limits and Breaks
Set how much time you spend each session. Once the set time has passed, our system will alert you. The option to take a temporary break — from 24 hours up to 30 days — is also available.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, activate self-exclusion. Once activated, you will not be able to log in to your account for a set period of time. This decision cannot be reversed.
Loss Limit
Set up automatic play suspension once you have lost a specified amount. This limit can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Age Verification (21+)
To register and play at 299bab you must be at least 21 years old. We use an identity verification process to prevent minors from gambling.
24/7 Support
For any assistance with responsible gaming, our Bengali-language live chat team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You are not alone.
Signs of a Problem
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, contact us or take a break:
- Repeatedly betting to try to recover lost money
- Hiding how much time and money you are spending on betting
- Borrowing from family or friends to place bets
- Failing in attempts to stop betting or feeling irritable when trying
- Spending too much time thinking about gambling and being unable to focus on work
- Seeing betting as a way out of financial hardship
- Feeling mentally restless or depressed when staying away from betting
Help Yourself
Identifying the problem is the first step. The steps below can help you:
Do an honest assessment
Ask yourself: "Am I in control?" Honestly evaluate your betting habits and your financial situation.
Set a budget
Allocate a fixed portion of your monthly entertainment budget for betting. Do not spend beyond that under any circumstances.
Take a break
When you feel you are losing control, activate a temporary break right away. It is the best step you can take for yourself.
Talk to someone close to you
Share your feelings with a family member or a trusted friend. Seek support instead of fighting alone.
